Edifier R1280DB: two in harmony
Like the JBL, the edifiers R1280DB occur as double. However, the stereo pair has some extras, such as an optical digital input and a remote control. Only the heights are a little too quiet and voices give the PC speakers nasally again falsified. The biggest drawback of the edifier boxes is the missing headphone jack.

Logitech Z200: cheap and good?
Can cheap PC speakers sound good? This question also asked the Logitech Z200 in the test. They did not provide bombastic explosions and the middle ones are something washed, yet the stereo pair is suitable for movies and music.
