In the B-Junior Bundesliga, Pententerman had scored 13 goals in 20 games. The storm talent made other clubs aware, including 1. FC Köln - in whose NLZ the attacker will now change.
"Jesper took a great development and personally played an outstanding season," Armin Alexander, NLZ manager at SVWW, is quoted in a statement by the third division club. "It was clear that he would arouse desires with his goal quota and were very difficult to keep. We tried everything from our side."
Both clubs have agreed not to disclose the transfer modalities. Despite the painful exit of Pententman, who has already completed the first training sessions with the professionals, the SVWW is also proud of "that he can take the next step in Cologne and that one of our young talents made the leap into the NLZ of a Bundesliga club", as Managing Director Nico Schäfer emphasizes.
The U-17 team of SV Wehen Wiesbaden has been a relegation from the B-Junior Bundesliga since the beginning of April.
