For years, if there has been a redesign that everyone expects on Wake, that s the interfaces. The MMO crumbles under a crowd of graphic elements in all directions, often illegible and not explicit. The full revision is still far, but a first step is done with the addition of themes to customize!
WAKE: interface themes pending redesign
Doffs had his own, Wake follows and signs! Like his big brother, he also suffers from big problems of architecture. Over the years, the interface system has evolved without being made more generic. This module, named Below, perfectly matched the needs of the game during its first versions. However, 10 years later, it significantly slows down the arrival (inexorable) of a redesign. While waiting for the end of big work in progress, the game team has decided to make the creation of themes possible. The redesign of the interfaces is always planned and at the same time, players can modify as they please (according to a few limits anyway) the appearances of displays at stake.
However, there will be no official theme Wake. You will need to install community themes. In addition, since we talk about light modding, it will be impossible to change the layout, size or functionality of an interface. Only the color and the background image (not all elsewhere).
